In the heart of the picturesque Lake District, Mellor & Co Plastering proudly undertook the comprehensive refurbishment of Langdale Chase Hotel, a charming 36-bed property with roots tracing back to the 1800s.

We were tasked with carrying out the plastering works at the Crowne Plaza, focusing primarily on overskimming the Artex ceilings in the bedrooms, hallways, and bathrooms. This project posed several challenges including navigating an operational hotel and asbestos.

Willow House is a 58-apartment refurbishment of a 1950’s council block in Seaforth, Liverpool. Mellor & Co Plastering were awarded the full plastering and dry lining package.

Our works for Mesty Croft Primary School involved providing essential plastering and dry-lining services for a new SEN block. We are proud to have contributed to this new space and the positive impact it will have on its staff and pupils.
